Scarlet Ceramic Strip Heaters
Scarlet strip heaters consist of helically wound coil inserted in specially designed ceramic insulators. The ends of the coil are then fixed to the terminals. The rest of the hollow space in the rectangular stainless steel tubing is then filled with grade 1 magnesium oxide to a high density to ensure conductivity and maximize dielectric strength.

Mica Strip Heaters
Nickel chrome ribbon resistant wire is wound evenly around special mica strips to create a uniform emission of heat. Terminals are then mounted before inserting the whole in the selected sheath and then compressed to maximize strength and the durability of the heater.
